- Price between €300,000 and €600,000 6% inclusive of VAT of the price
- Price less than €300,000 Flat fee of €20,000
The fees represent the maximum percentages and prices applicable to our services.
The fees are borne by the seller or the buyer according to the terms of the mandate entrusted to the agency and include 20% VAT.
